We hope to be your choice for accommodations in Douro. To assure the comfort and safety of all our guests and maintain our level of excellence, we have established policies we would like to share with you at this time. Adherence to these policies is important as all guests depend upon them when accommodating. Some of our policies are quite different from a typical hotel. We ask you to take a moment to read over these policies so that you can make an informed decision about whether the Quinta do Salgueiro B&B will be as good a match for you as it is for our guests who travel to stay with us from all over the globe. Rates and all Quinta do Salgueiro B&B policies may change without notice.
Covid-19
There are uncertainties relating to the spread and effect of COVID-19. Quinta do Salgueiro B&B intends to implement procedures it determines to be appropriate and in compliance with applicable laws in conjunction with our operation. Guests must agree to follow all Covid-19 safety protocols put in place by the Government and Quinta do Salgueiro B&B at the time of stay including but not limited to wearing a facial covering/mask and observing physical distancing guidelines understanding that protocols are subject to change.

All room rates at the Quinta do Salgueiro B&B reflet single or double includes daily breakfast, free wi-fi. All the rooms at the Quinta do Salgueiro B&B have one or twin beds and are designed to accommodate one or two guests. We are a closed compound, with all rooms, grounds, pool, food, and services reserved for the enjoyment and use to registered guests only; no unauthorized parties, gatherings or outside visitors please. This ensures the privacy and enjoyment of our registered guests.
General Conditions
- Check In Time is 4:00pm and Check Out Time is 11:00am.
- Room Rates: Rates are for Double Occupancy, additional persons over the age of 6 result in an additional €20.00 per night charge.
- Maximum Suite Amendoeira 3 adults Occupancy.
- Since Quinta do Salgueiro B&B has a limited number of rooms, reservations require an advance deposit in order to be confirmed.
- We are a smoke free property. There will be a €15,00 per day charge if smoking is detected in your room.
- Sorry we do not allow pets.
- Deposit Conditions: 40% of the total stay is required as a deposit to guarantee the reservation. If booking for one night, a full deposit of the stay will be required.
- Cancellation Policy: We have a 7 day cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 7 day’s notice, you forfeit your entire deposit. If you cancel 7 or more days before your arrival date, there is a €25.00 cancellation fee and the balance is refunded.

Accessibility
The Quinta do Salgueiro B&B has no rooms handicap accessibility, just rooms in r/c. Please speak with an innkeeper to discuss your specific needs if we are able to accommodate you.
