The property has been refurbished with the vision that this retreat could be your own home. The B&B Quinta do Salgueiro is a destination which you do not wish to miss. You can easily imagine yourself relaxing on the front porch, sitting comfortably under a tree  or lying in the sun next to the swimming pool, your nose in an excellent book, as you take in the surrounding scenery. Located in the middle of an 8 hectare vineyard, olive and almond trees estate, our east-south views tale in the rolling surrounding foothills, all the way to the Douro Valley. You can sit back, relax and recharge in the private area outside your room. The Quinta do Salgueiro is open each year, from February to December, to a limited number of lucky guests. With only seven guest en suite bedrooms and one junior suite. The Quinta do Salgueiro retains the feel of an exclusive private hideaway. These amenities include Wifi, TV (in the sitting-room). The main house has bene built XX century with authentic local stones. The warmth and ambiance of the stones bring out different emotions in every person. Some will feel the romance of the past, while others  will succumb to the country Portuguese and its rugged beauty.
